When we say 'Business Support', we're talking about the teams that work behind the scenes, taking care of the day-to-day running of Virgin Mobile. They provide vital support to our customer-facing teams.

Like all Virgin companies, our brand is our personality – and it needs a team of people to look after it.
The Brand team takes care of how we look and sound. That's everything from TV and press advertising, to how we look on the web, and the way we talk to our customers and our team. We've even got an in-house design team, dedicated to handling our creative briefs - everything from posters and emails to phone packaging and point of sale artwork.
Sponsorship is really important to us too. Wherever we get behind an event, we want to add more than just a logo - from the annual V Festival and gigs at the Carling Academy venues to the Team Virgin Mobile Yamaha superbikes team and our sponsorship of Pride. That's why you'll find Virgin Mobile Angels carrying your bags and pitching your tent at V and free beer and kebabs for customers at the Academy gigs.

This area is split into two teams - our Press Office and our Internal Communications team. They deal with all aspects of press relations, as well as talking to the team, and spearheading our Corporate Social Responsibility plan.

With an eye on all parts of the customer experience, as well as finding ways to motivate and reward the teams, they keep the Customer Centre running like clockwork.

Our small in-house legal team looks after all areas of the business.
With six people, they work hard to make sure we adhere to our legal requirements - but the atmosphere is much more relaxed than most legal practices, and there's loads of variety in their work.

Logistics
The Logistics Team is there to make sure we never run out of stock.
And it's a massive task - from phones, SIM cards, accessories, packaging, vouchers and other consumables, they make sure we've all got exactly what we need. Last year, that meant dispatching 1,151,000 phones and 3,500,000 SIM cards!

People Team (HR)
Our People Team looks after the most important part of our business - our people!
Split into Resourcing and Culture, Learning and Development, Business Delivery and Reward and Policy, they find the best people for our team, train them up and make sure they're looked after and rewarded.

Our customers wanted a different kind of mobile phone service.
We gave them value, choice, simplicity and fun. And it's our Trading team that looks after the sales and distribution. Right now that's around 6,000 stores and our online channels - plus 100,000 outlets selling airtime. We've achieved £500m sales - and lots of very satisfied customers.
