Okay, now you've found what you're looking for, it's time to put pen to paper and tell us all about yourself. Here's what to do:
- Fill in our short application form and attach your most recent CV.
- Complete our Equality and Diversity form – although this isn't compulsory. (Just so you know, if you choose to fill it in, it won't be seen by our Resourcing Team or Line Managers.)
And that's it! It's that simple.
We'll email you to let you know we received your application. Then we should get back to you within 2-3 weeks to let you know if you're through to the next stage – normally an interview. We usually do this by email, so make sure you check your account regularly.
1st interviews are normally with the Line Manager and a member of our People Team.
2nd interviews might involve group exercises or a job-related task, together with an interview with the Department Head. We'll make sure we give you plenty of notice, though – so there won't be any nasty surprises!
