What you’ll do
Helping a talented team of around twelve advisors achieve the fantastic customer service we’re so famous for will mean challenging, varied, interesting days. Whether you’re keeping an eye on who needs extra training and making sure their needs are met, taking care of more complicated calls or looking at the bigger picture and putting bright ideas into practice to create a more productive atmosphere, you’ll certainly feel fulfilled. You’ll also make sure your team’s up-to-date with what’s going on in the business as a whole, perform regular reviews and appraisals, and generally make sure everyone’s happy, motivated and equipped with the skills they need to do their best.
All about you
Where will you join us from? Well, as we said, there are plenty of possibilities. A less fabulous call centre, perhaps. Then again, you may be working in retail as a manager or deputy, leading a team in bar or restaurant, even newly graduated with big ambitions. To be honest, we’re less interested in your background than your self-motivated, logical approach, high level of commercial awareness and great judgement. And you’ll definitely need the flexibility and creativity to solve problems on the spot, alongside plenty of potential in the business/strategic thinking department.
