Our Customer Centre team is made up of about 1,400 people, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, in South West of England. They come from all walks of life, and all ages and backgrounds. They're funny, lively, helpful and sincere. And they really know their stuff. Most of all, they're dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Although it's a big team, it feels personal and friendly – and that's down to the way we work. Our Customer Service Advisors are divided into teams of 10 to 12 people, working various flexible shifts, supported by a Team Manager. That means there's always someone around to help or guide you whenever you need it.
The team is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, dealing with all kinds of calls. From registering a new phone, to billing queries and troubleshooting when our customers are abroad, they've got it covered.
It goes without saying that every member of our team gets award-winning training and support from day one. That means with our Customer Centre roles, there's no limit to where your ambition can take you.
