"I'm quite new on the team - I've been here just 8 months now. A friend recommended me and I was really interested in the job because it's all about helping people and I like working in a team.
We're given loads of training - I've just finished doing a 'Talking Quality' course, which I think everyone does. The thinking behind this training is what Virgin Mobile's all about - that they're about quality not quantity, which is pretty unusual in a call centre. Most people seem to have been here for ages, which isn't surprising, as we get some great incentives - recently they gave us £250 for a night out with the whole team!
