"I chose Virgin Mobile because of their reputation for looking after their staff and I haven’t been disappointed. After a few years running pubs, I was ready to do something different, but still putting my customer service skills to good use. I also have a degree in Business Administration, so this provided the perfect arena for my particular blend of talents. It’s a supportive, friendly and challenging environment - one where continued learning is really encouraged. My computer literacy has improved no end and I’ve had formal ECDL training.

The future is very exciting. My department is evolving fast and will be the first to help our customers with Mobile broadband when it launches later this year. I love the fact that I’ll be there at the start of that. Ultimately, we’ll be a team of multi-skilled, specialised agents who can respond to customer demands in lightening-quick time. It’s so refreshing that everyone here really cares about what they do - they put everything into it. The best thing about the job? It’s never, ever boring."
