Our team is made up of about 1,600 people, based in quite a few different places.
Most of the team - about 1,400 of us - are based at our head office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. It's where you'll find our Customer Centre. And many of our business support teams are based there too - they're the ones who work behind the scenes, taking care of the day-to-day business.
Some of the team are based in our London office in Great Portland Street. It's home to people from many teams, like Sales and Marketing, Finance and Brand.
We've also got a large, dedicated team working in Virgin Mobile Stores. You'll find them across the country - so we cover a large area.

Retail Management
You've probably been to a Virgin Megastore or a WH Smith many times before, so the chances are, you'll have seen displays of our products and services on sale. But we know what our customers really want is somebody to talk to – to ask questions about the options open to them, provide a human face. That's why we recruit small, dedicated teams across the country.
Most of our Sales Supervisor roles (responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the store, leading and inspiring the team) are recruited from our Customer Service advisors, but not exclusively. Regional Managers, who will manage several store can often come from internal promotion too (we're very proud of that within Virgin Mobile), but we're always interested in bringing in the new talent to help us continue to grow and become even better at what we do.
