Where can I work?

Our team is made up of about 1,600 people, based in quite a few different places.

Most of the team - about 1,400 of us - are based at our head office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. It's where you'll find our Customer Centre. And many of our business support teams are based there too - they're the ones who work behind the scenes, taking care of the day-to-day business.

Some of the team are based in our London office in Great Portland Street. It's home to people from many teams, like Sales and Marketing, Finance and Brand.

We've also got a large, dedicated team working in Virgin Mobile Stores. You'll find them across the country - so we cover a large area.

Location is probably one of the biggest considerations when taking a job. So to make it easier to find your perfect career, we've put together a handy search tool. Customer Advisor (customer centre)

The Virgin Mobile Customer Centre is not like a typical call centre. You get:

Our Customer Service Advisors come from all walks of life, working in teams of 10-14, supported by a Team Manager. They answer all calls from customers, helping them with their enquiries, whatever they may be. It's lively, unstuffy and full of people who work hard, but know how to have fun too. It's important that we enjoy what we do as well as take immense pride in a job well done – it's that combination that really comes through in our dealings with our customers.
