Where can I work?

Our team is made up of about 1,600 people, based in quite a few different places.

Most of the team - about 1,400 of us - are based at our head office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. It's where you'll find our Customer Centre. And many of our business support teams are based there too - they're the ones who work behind the scenes, taking care of the day-to-day business.

Some of the team are based in our London office in Great Portland Street. It's home to people from many teams, like Sales and Marketing, Finance and Brand.

We've also got a large, dedicated team working in Virgin Mobile Stores. You'll find them across the country - so we cover a large area.

Location is probably one of the biggest considerations when taking a job. So to make it easier to find your perfect career, we've put together a handy search tool. Customer Advisor (stores)

The chances are you've seen one of our concessions in a Virgin Megastore or WHSmith, so you'll know the kind of space you'll be in. We've got displays in many stores, but what our customers tell us is that what they really want is somebody to talk to – to ask questions. That's where you come in. You'll bring our sections alive - working in a small team of 2 or 3, you'll be the best customer service representative in the business. You'll advise, you'll problem-solve, you'll sell and you'll do it all with a smile on your face.

It's hard work and in our small teams there's no where to hide, but we promote a professional but relaxed atmosphere, so as long as you're doing your job you can have some fun too. All we ask is that you bring some retail experience and a real way with people. If you've got that then you'll have a bright future.
