I spent 18 months in sales support in Trowbridge before coming here to Cribbs (where I've been for 10 months now).
I love the face to face interaction in this role and we're given achievable targets and great bonuses, which means we're all more motivated. I'm going for a promotion at the moment so hopefully I'll be a supervisor before long. Then I think I'll take advantage of some of the training that's on offer too.
